And not only do we know what’s going on with your home loan but we call you several times over the process to keep you updated.
First, we’ll call you when your loan application is submitted to give you an overview of the process and a timeline. We will also tell you when the home inspections have been ordered and when they are scheduled to be finished.
When all those approvals, appraisals, and inspections have finished, we get back on the phone with you and give you all the juicy details. We send you the documents, too, and review the loan approval with you so that there’s nothing hidden. Since “surprises” in the home buying process can be nasty, we make sure you know what you need to do to get to the closing table.
We also talk to you about what will happen at the closing and what the closing costs will look like, all so that you can have the right expectations and make the right preparations. At Loan Finder, we have learned that this type of good communication takes the nightmare out of the legal and financial maze of a house closing.
